تخضع جميع البيانات لمراجعة دقيقة من قِبل اللجنة المنظمة، وتقتصر الشهادات المعتمدة على منتسبي وخريجي كليات العلاج الطبيعي المعتمدة. All submissions undergo strict audit by the organizing committee. Certificates are awarded exclusively to physical therapy students and professionals.
سيتم مطابقة الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني المدخلين مع سجلات الحضور الفعلية على Zoom وبث اليوتيوب. أي بيانات غير متطابقة ستلغي التسجيل. Your registered name and email will be cross-referenced with actual Zoom and YouTube live stream logs. Inaccurate information disqualifies issuance.
تُتاح الاستمارة لفترة محددة (يوم واحد) وتُغلق تلقائياً في 14 سبتمبر 2026 في 04:00 م (توقيت القاهرة)، ولن يُعاد فتحها تحت أي ظرف بعد إغلاقها. The registration form is open for a limited window (1 day) and closes automatically at September 14, 2026 at 04:00 PM (Cairo time). It cannot be reopened under any circumstances.
تصدر الشهادات للمستحقين فقط عبر بوابة الشهادات الرسمية بالموقع بعد انتهاء فترة المراجعة، ولا يتم إرسال الشهادات عبر البريد أو واتساب. Certificates will be issued exclusively on the site portal for verified participants upon audit completion (no email or WhatsApp delivery).

Accredited certificates will be accessible exclusively via the on-site StreakPT Certificate Portal for verified participants.

To earn an accredited certificate of attendance, participants must attend the live scientific sessions and submit their registration during the designated operational window (1 day). يشترط لحضور المؤتمر واستحقاق الشهادة المعتمدة متابعة جلسات البث المباشر وتسجيل الحضور خلال النافذة الزمنية المحددة (يوم واحد) من إتاحة الاستمارة.
